Awards (Gold Stars, etc)

Now and then we like to reward the exemplary efforts of a Resident with an "award", usually a ribbon or gold star or that sort of thing, which appears above their avatar on all posts.

When a Resident has an "award", you'll see the award itself under their avatar, and can simply hover your mouse cursor over it to see a description of what the award is for.
